At completion of construction, The Barlow will include seventeen modern metal buildings on 12.5 acres of beautifully landscaped campus. Some of the features of the development include:
- Prime Highway 12 location, with traffic of 26,000 passing cars per day
- 500–16,000 sq. ft. suites each with a glass roll up store front, up to 30 ft. ceilings, light industrial flex design, mecrchant/craft retail
